Software Development & Process Automation:
• Designing and developing software solutions to streamline internal workflow processes.
• Programming RPAs (Robotic Process Automation) and intelligent agents to automate repetitive tasks and save time.

Process Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyzing existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Designing software tools and automated solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

Collaboration & Implementation:
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
• Integrating automation solutions with existing systems and tools for seamless operation.

Artificial Intelligence Project:
• Independent research to optimise the BMW website using artificial intelligence.
• Conception of an AI model that can predict user behaviour (e.g. clicks, conversions). Additional integration of Adobe Analytics for data collection.
• Presentation of the project to interest groups and relevant stakeholders.

Co-development of a sustainability page:
• Support in the conception and realisation of the BMW Web Sustainability Hub, a customer platform, for sustainability
• Integration of a “CO2 footprint” to visualise the environmental impact of BMW models over their life cycle.
• Support in the preparation of technical data for a range & charging web component for electric vehicles.

Project management tasks:
• Participation in the conception of the strategic AI goals of the Digital Commerce main department as part of a special project.
• Collaborative development of an international compliance guideline using Confluence for an internationally standardised web presence.
• Co-organisation of a department forum and driving experience day.
• Involvement in the selection process of junior target groups.

Consulting:
• Improving supply chain quality and efficiency (BMW CSC Project)
• Communication with Suppliers for Error Analysis

Marketing:
• Redesign and rejuvenation of the company’s corporate identity. This included introducing a new logo and slogan, as well as creating a brand-new website and embedding sustainability into the company culture.
• Content creation for Blog / Newsletter

Deployment and Maintenance:
• Assisting in logistics operations related to scooter deployment and retrieval.
• Conducting regular maintenance checks and repairs on electric scooters to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
